New General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
Empowered United Women Ministry, is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. With its principle office in England.
GDPR – What is this?-
General Data Protection Regulation comes into effect on 25th May 2018, it covers the management and control of personal information. We have a legal requirement to follow this as charity organisation which stores personal data to send out emails on a regular basis.
The GDPR change means that your email address with us will be provided extra protection, which now means before we can continue to send you information to keep updated that we would need your consent for this and to keep your personal data safe as it always has been. Examples of personal data including a name, email address or postal address. In our case we hold your names and email addresses.
We value and respect your privacy and also you being part of EUW and our mailing list and wouldn’t want you to miss out on things EUW will be doing going forward- New opportunities, events, writing, encouragement and more. Here at EUW we value each and every one of you and want to inform you that the details we have are stored safely and nothing is shared, outside of EUW. We use your name and email to send you encouragement, events information and prayers, to name a few.
If later you want to remove yourself from our mailing list, you can do so with any email sent to you, simply pressing unsubscribe. But hope to not see any of you go.
By using our website and opting in your information for us to use, to be part of our mailing list, you are also confirming that it is all correct and up to date and not to be used for illegal purposes.
GOD BLESS YOU ALL
