The Bible speaks about miraculous healing taking place in many different situations, and with prayer and reading the word we too can overcome situations that hurt us and require healing and sicknesses that we need to be delivered from. Whatever the situation may be there is always a solution. With faith it shall always be well with us, we shall overcome. The scriptures will help and encourage you to stay focused on finding the comfort and strength to face it both spiritually and physically.

Psalm 147:3

He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

Jeremiah 17:14

Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.

One thing Iove God for is His love for us, He loves us unconditionally a love that is like no other, a love that is second to none and when you experience it will never want to depart from Him ever. Indeed He wants the best for us and nothing less than we deserve to have and be in life. Peace, love, restoration and wholeness to become what He has destined us to be. That is one of the reasons why I hold

John 3:16 soo close to my heart ‘For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.’ This is the biggest sacrifice given and shows just how much He loves us all, we all make mistakes and fall short of His glory yet look at all He has done for us and still continues to do daily.. I don’t know about you but I love my Father soo much to never ever put anyone or anything before Him.

One thing I have learnt with time, is to invest more of my thoughts in the word and not what I FEEL to be right, because what I feel at times has the chance to lead me astray and even further from the word. So I need to be sure and careful that it is centred around the word of God, to keep me on the straight and narrow. God expects us to believe in Him and what He says, more than we feel which is very important. So no matter what the situation is, His word will always come to pass in our circumstances in His own timing… HE ALONE KNOWS BEST, AND WILL COMPLETE THE WORK HE HAS STARTED IN YOU.

When we go through tough times, it is soo easy to stay down and in the dark, upset and stuck in pain, blaming others and even ourselves. But always remember that God sees it all and knows what we are going through. He alone can and will make it better, and will wipe away all your tears. Go to Him and lean on the word to see you through. Get the courage to give Him all the broken pieces and pray for strength, those who are able to kneel before Him in prayer, will be able to stand before anything and anyone. Only God can mend our hearts and make us whole again. Live your life for Him and give Him all the glory for what He does. Seek the light and let Him in to heal you.

Ephesians 5:8-10 ‘For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.’

One thing I can relate to based on my previous years is that when I was head deep in situations, always had doubts running around in my head. It was like something would switch in my mind, and all of a sudden my faith was shaken. The doubts overshadowed my mind along with unnecessary negativity. Then I would remember that God loves us soo much and in those split seconds we overlook that and let these thoughts that aren’t of Him consume our minds. Pray over this if this is you, and if it’s not you pray to remain the way you are not allowing doubts and negativity in. The Almighty Father has promised the faithful shall indeed be rewarded and this was the stepping stone for me, in overcoming the prison of thoughts. When we think such and stay in misery that alone is a barrier which distances us from God. Do not limit what God can do and pray for Him to renew your thoughts, by our faith He shall set us free indeed.

Matthew 9:22 ‘But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.’

Our relationship with God should not just be a one day a week relationship, no no!! It should be an everyday relationship, strengthening from glory to glory. Do not make it a habit to just go to Him when in need or down. But in all moods and all situations go to Him. He wants all of you not some of you. Whether it be areas of your life you want to hide He wants all of you, go to Him as you are. God yearns for you to let Him be the centre of your life, in ALL areas of it. ‘Beyond your fears, the flesh and your comfort zone, seek Him wholeheartedly, He is ready and waiting for you to come to Him.

Proverbs 4:20-22 ‘My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart, for they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.’

It is easy to get distracted by everything that goes on in our lives, but we should never allow it overshadow the highest spot God has in our lives. Whatever it is go to Him but do not place Him in the background ever, whilst you carry lives burdens alone. Always use the opportunities available to you to get closer to God, to connect more deeply with Him to become the woman or man of God He wants you to be. The healing we so rightly need and desire comes from Him and the opportunities to fulfil His desires in our lives.

Psalm 103:2-5 ‘Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.’

Always be sure to live in the light of the Most High, follow in His principles and lead by example. Let your actions speak for you do not go around boasting and taking all the glory for your life, for it is not your own but the Most High’s. Be humble and allow Him work on you, all the glory goes to Him alone. Let the work of God speak for you.

Matthew 5:3-9 ‘Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
